PDF Converter Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using this application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

PDF Converter provides tools for creating, scanning, editing, converting, and managing PDF documents.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for any content you upload, scan, or convert using the App.

2. Features and Limitations

The App may include features such as:

Creating and editing PDF files

Scanning documents using the device camera

Optical Character Recognition (OCR)

Splitting and merging PDF files

Converting files between PDF and other supported formats

Feature availability may vary depending on your subscription status, device type, system version, or future updates.

We do not guarantee that all features will be available at all times or that the App will operate without interruptions or errors.

3. Subscription and Payments

PDF Converter offers auto-renewable subscription options, which may include:

Weekly subscription: USD $2.99

Monthly subscription: USD $8.99

Yearly subscription: USD $29.99

A 3-day free trial is available only for the yearly subscription, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

The renewal fee will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it is limited to one per user unless otherwise specified.

Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, trademarks, logos, and software within the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its features.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
